Trout Unlimited - Greg Clark Chapter has one mission:  “to conserve, protect and restore the Credit River watershed freshwater ecosystems for current and future generations”. As they indicate on their website, their members are focused on the health of the upper Credit and the protection and restoration of Brook Trout populations in the upper watershed.

Their work to protect, conserve, and rehabilitate freshwater ecosystems not only helps to protect sensitive aquatic species like trout from rising temperatures, but also helps to protect our communities from more frequent high heat days, and more intense flooding and wildfires.

They have been great partners with us at FCPG as we all work to protect the Credit River and all the life within it.

A major project each year is to plant trees along parts of the upper Credit. They have the trees - now they need Volunteers to plant them!
