FCPG is moving into the next phase of our effort to protect our community from the proposed CBM quarry. The Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) process is approaching, and to defend our community effectively, we must have sufficient funds  to engage the best lawyer and  technical experts to present a strong, evidence-based case. These services are essential, and they come with significant costs.

We are setting aside dedicated funds now so that our legal and expert team can be secured well in advance of the hearing. Quite simply: the more funds we are able to raise, the stronger the case we can mount to defeat the CBM quarry application.
