CBM Aggregates v. Caledon (Town)

The Merit Hearing for CBM's objection to the second year extension of the Interim Control By-Law (ICBL) was held for 3 days, Sept 4 to 6, 2024.

Since there was insufficient time for the three lawyers (CBM, Town of Caledon, FCPG) to make closing arguments, this fourth date has been set.
